The SBDP series is a completely new type of spray dryer that replaces the drying chamber with a filter bag. The drying and granulation process are all finished in this filter bag for higher product quality and able to produce a variety of products with different raw materials.

The drying chamber of traditional spray dryers are made of stainless and cyclone(s) are also necessary. By contrast, the spray bag dryers use a filter bag for drying chamber which are easy to attach and detach so that all powder products are collected under the bottom of the bag. It is especially suitable for drying and granulating those fine ceramics and chemical products that don’t need size grading.

Not limited to rotary disc for feed atomizing: Two-fluid nozzle and air-assisted two-fluid nozzle are also available.

1. The water evaporation rate is based on the condition of 200℃ inlet temperature and 80℃ outlet temperature.
