SRH Series- Spray Heat Reactor
Time: 2026-02-01
Spray heat reacting, is a production technology, obtaining metal oxide powder(s)
by spraying metal salt solutions in a high-temperature furnace and finishing thermal-decomposition, reaction, synthesis or calcination.

Features of spray heat reacting
As it is a multi-component synthesis method of the liquid-phase, it has following advantages:
(1) Product’s particle size is about serval μm.
(2) Closely graded partcle (homogeneous qualities).
(3) Even very small amounts of components can be uniformly injected into the raw materials and dispersed.
(4) Reduce the mixing of mechanical foreign substances compared to the powder mixing method.
(5) Capable of obtaining powder particles featured both high surface activity and easy sintering.
Applications
(1)Battery materials
(2)Magnetic materials
(3)Various catalysts
(4)Superconducting materials
(5)Other materials that require high-quality composite properties...
Specialty of spray heat reactor
(1)Furnace body made of specific ceramics, indirect heating.
(2)Up to 900℃ furnace inside temperature, features automatic heat-up and temperature control.
(3)By using Customized-two-fluid nozzle (*imported from Japan)make the atomizing of solution or slurry available.
(4)Compact design.
